Before contacting support
- Confirm you are online when using cloud sync or collaboration.
- Open EziShopper's Privacy settings to review cloud and AI permissions.
- Include your device type, operating-system version, app version, and a short description of what happened.
- Never send your password, authentication code, or full payment details.
